Spatchcocked Turkey Over The Coals

Thanksgiving
ThanksGiving Turkey
Another incredible recipe from our friend and collaborator, Aaron Ehalt. This time around, the bird is being spatchcocked, injected with flavor, and cooked over the open coals. Giving this Turkey an incredibly juicy and flavorful profile. The addition of Kairos Santa Maria Rub finishes rounds this out with a unique seasoning for this Thanksgiving masterpiece.
