Prepare your Injection Mixture with Melted Butter, Chicken Stock, and
Remove Spine and Spatchcock Your Bird
Brush your bird with melted butter and apply a liberal coating of Kairos Santa Maria Rub
Inject Your Breast with your mixture of Melted Butter, Chicken Stock, and W sauce
Light your All-Natural Charcoal and get your grill up to 400 Degrees
Put your bird directly over the charcoal and cook to an internal temp of 165
